As we strive to develop Ultimate in schools across the Lone Star State and throughout the Southern Region, we hope that our volunteers will lay the groundwork for Ultimate to be a part of the lives of players and their families in each school and/or community. Please, invite team representatives to enroll on the our communication list. Consider enrolling representatives from different grade levels, so all organizers do not all graduate simultaneously and leave the club without leadership. Also, invite your faculty sponsor and parent coordinator to join this communication list. Realize that the success of Ultimate in your school or community is dependent upon our cooperative communication facilitated through this list serve.

Register Your School
Our organization depends on strong volunteers who are willing to support the growth and development of the sport of Ultimate (which is governed by the Spirit of the Game) in their communities. We expect each club to be led and organized by STUDENT Co-Captains. Our organization suggests that each school appoint a Faculty Sponsor (who will still be at the school when players graduate) and a parent (who will coordinate the support of other parents to help with travel). These positions can be voted upon by the group with volunteers serving on an annual basis (except the Faculty Sponsor).
Team Registration
Registered teams are committing to teach the rules and Spirit of the Game to all participants and to placing volunteers in positions of support to develop a spirited and skilled ultimate club.
Team captains should complete a Team Application, prior to participating in Ultimate Spirit Events.
Information attached to this application should be distributed to players, parents, and school administrators prior to attaining their signature.
Applications must include signatures of ALL volunteers.
Teams will include an application fee
Checks should be made payable to: Texas, Ultimate!
Please send completed documents, including payment, to the following address:
