UltimateSpirit Summer Camps
Players younger than 13 years of age are invited to attend a week long Summer, ULTIMATE! camp. WE WILL BE MEETING at Big Stacy Park
(Travis Heights Playground). Drop off players on East Side Drive (just north of Live Oak).
UltimateSpirit camp is open to both boys and girls who have finished second grade or who are entering 9th grade in the 2010-2011 school year. Campers will enjoy South Austin in two one-week sessions:
Session I: June 7 - June 11, 2010
Session II: August 9 - 13, 2010
Instruction in the physical skills and social responsibilities of Ultimate Frisbee will be offered to players who will enter grades 3-9 in the next school year. Younger players, (who are entering grades 3 through 5), will meet 9am-noon. Older players (entering grades 6-9) will meet from10am-3pm.
Please, Complete the Registration form to reserve a spot in one of the summer sessions.
Drop-ins will be accepted to not exceed a coach/player ratio of 1:8.
A morning snack, including a nutrition lesson, will be provided for all campers.
Each player who attends all week will be presented with an Ultimate Disc.
All players should bring plenty of drinking water in a refillable drinking vessel.
Middle School players should bring a sack lunch and arrive an hour later in the morning.
All players should wear tie shoes, suitable for running and cutting.
Classes will meet Monday through Friday (EXCEPT THURSDAY)
according to the following schedule:

Elementary Campers Dismissed. LUNCH BREAK for Middle School players.

Swimming at Stacy Pool
3:00pm Final Dismissal.
Campers will dismiss from the Stacy Pool between 2:30pm and 3pm each day (except Thursday).
THURSDAY WE WILL FIELD TRIP TO ZILKER PARK for a day of disc sports in the park! ALL PLAYERS should arrive at 9am . We will enjoy a morning disc GOLF outing. Older players will participate in a full field Ultimate Scrimmage at noon.
Parents are invited to join us. Disc Golf is for EVERYONE! The golf course starts at the Polo Picnic ground on the same side of the park as the swimming pool.
Elementary Players should be picked-up at Zilker Park between noon and one pm.
We will play with the Riverside Ultimate Club at noon
Middle School players are invited to join in the pick-up game, but we request that Elementary players observe.
After the game (around 1:30pm), we will enjoy a late lunch in the park and then take a dip in the springs (on the spillway).
Parents should pick-up their middle school players Zilker Park Barton Springs between 2 and 3pm. You will find us throwing the disc around the rugby pitch, which is the field on Barton Springs Road (near the playground and train station)
